The Sky's The Limit
Our drone surveys provide a clear, unbiased assessment of external facing surfaces, carried out by experienced professionals.
We inspect all key elements — structure, materials, and components — and deliver a detailed, easy-to-understand report highlighting:
Defects or areas of concern
Precise location of defect/s
Each survey considers factors such as roof age, building materials and weather exposure, helping you understand exactly what maintenance or repairs are required — and what isn’t.

ABOUT
Q - Will the weather affect flying the drones safely out onsite?
A - Yes, unfortunately most drones are unable to fly in rain or wind speeds greater than 10m/s. However, even in winter months with limited daylight, cold temperatures and higher than average rainfall, we can usually squeeze enough time up in the air to get the images required.
Q - One of our employees has a consumer drone. Why don't we save money and ask him to fly instead?
A - It's all about risk and results. Flying drones in a commercial capacity is regulated by the CAA. As commercial drone pilots, we are fully certified and insured with significant flying experience. As a result, accidents are far less likely to occur. Also, commercial grade drones with specialist software produce far superior images and datasets (e.g 3D mapping, thermal imaging etc)
Q - Are drones noisy and will they cause a nuisance to the neighbours and/or general public in the vicinity?
A - Once a drone is above 50ft in the air you can hardly hear the motors/propellers spinning. Before every launch, a comprehensive pre-flight assessment is carried out to determine what, if any, external factors are involved. N.B We will NOT FLY near airports/air force bases, prisons or environmentally sensitive areas.
Q - Can we extract the drone data obtained and export it into existing software applications we run? (e.g Autodesk, Revit, Bentley)
A - Yes, if you would prefer the RAW data without any analysis of the images and a report, you can just download it straight from a Google Drive folder instead. This will also work out cheaper as it's much quicker to do.
Q - Are we better to insource or outsource our drone program?
A - This is a question that gets asked a lot and truth be told there is no right or wrong answer. A number of factors can influence your decision e.g budgets, in-house expertise, number of operational sites, timescales etc.
